Mission Statement

To our leadership, a Mission Statement is merely putting into words who we already are, not who we want to be. It’s a reflection of our core of people who possess the quintessential Midwestern value of doing the right thing - be they customers, friends, or strangers. That way of thinking could be called outdated or old school but, nevertheless, it is true to us.

Since our company was founded by Charles Loeb’s grandfather in 1912, the meaning of who we are has never wavered...and we mean to keep it that way. Our customers, no matter who, should expect the best experience we have to offer . To us, that’s the essence of customer service.

Loeb Electric’s mission is to work together
to demonstrate concern for our customers so
that we become essential in their success.

Our Vision is to
deliver a smile to our
customer's face.

How?

People: Encouraging the success or our people

Trust: Building relationships among ourselves, customers, vendors & other partners

Commitment: Continuously striving to deliver high quality, measurable results

Innovation: Providing ideas and solutions for
our customers

Our “mission” is the easy part. How do we develop that into actions that employees can rally around? Putting a vision statement in place to identify that our customer’s “experience” is the final goal. As a customer of Loeb Electric, whether a large multi-unit retailer operating all over the world or a small independent contractor, you can expect that our people will provide you with right mixture of corporate services applied with personal care to make sure your experience with us is up to your satisfaction.
