Project Management

Once you start your retrofit the logistics of handling the process can overwhelm even the most experienced veteran. For each location a contractor needs to be hired. The product needs to be ordered and delivered in time. Pre-installation incentive paperwork will need to be submitted and approved by the utility. Now multiply that by the number of stores and, well……you get the picture. With Loeb Electric you’ll see the true expertise of an experienced lighting company at work as we:

  • Coordinate the installation schedule.
  • Hire contractors from our fleet in every major market in the country.
  • Submit incentive paperwork to the utilities with all supporting documentation.
  • Order and ship products in accordance to the master installation schedule.
     

After installation, we submit the final paperwork to claim incentives and make sure the entire job has been completed to the satisfaction of you and the store personnel. This would be done for each location while we continued to reach the final goal of getting each location completed within the proper timeframe.

Brand Design & Construction

As lighting experts, we help our clients create new or refreshed environments that optimize illumination, complement your brand and help reduce your overall lifecycle operating costs. With Loeb Electric, you will be assigned an experienced project coordinator who is dedicated to your project and meeting your needs. This project coordinator works closely with the construction team to identify the best equipment package, including:

  • Negotiated pricing with the manufacturer, which eliminates contractor mark-ups
  • Consistent products that assure the correct fixture is being installed
  • Products procured and stored to accomodate construction schedule
  • Dedicated National Accounts warehouse

Lamp Replenishment

Loeb Electric has set the industry standard for lamp replenishment – making sure that your exact lighting specifications at each location are always maintained. Our exclusive RightLight® application keeps the right lamp on hand for every fixture and provides your associates with complete instructions for the location of each lamp.

With RightLight, you have complete visibility over  the ordering process with built-in controls that:

  • Restrict expenditures through pre-determined budgets at various levels
  • Assure adherence to brand design integrity by  the use of customized templates
  • Keep inventory levels at a minimum and reduce exposure to excess stock

 Complete reporting at both location and corporate levels provides a snapshot of how much you spent  and where. Through the use of permission levels  you can assign authority to allow for flexibility in  those expenditures.

 The customization of the RightLight application  allows you to insert controls when and where you need them at a level that fits within the management and operations of your business. The end result is that runaway costs and budget overruns can be a thing  of the past.
