Return Policy

Material may not be returned without prior authorization. Current stock items in original cartons will be accepted for exchange or credit. Loeb Electric reserves the right to apply a restocking charge to credits issued for return material. Non-stock special order items are not returnable without permission of the manufacturer and are subject to any charges they may impose. 

Warranties

Subject per manufacturer’s terms and conditions

Any warranties are those made by the manufacturer and are subject to manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Loeb Electric (Seller) hereby expressly DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES either expressed or implied, including among others, any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the enclosed item(s). Sellers liability for breach of any warranty is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) sold, and excludes all other damages including, among others, incidental and consequential damages. Any and all representation, promises, warranties or statements by seller’s agent that differ in any manner from the above terms shall be given no force or effect, and buyer may not rely thereon.

Limitation of Liability

Loeb Electric’s liability shall be limited to the replacement of the goods or a refund of the purchase price. In no case shall Loeb Electric be held liable for incidental damages or any labor charges.

Your satisfaction is our number one goal. Any purchase made online will be gladly refunded or exchanged within 60 days of purchase with the exception of custom orders. For your protection, hazardous materials may not be returned. Returned products are required to be in brand-new condition and include the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags and the blank warranty cards. Also, please include the original receipt with the product. All items are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable.

How to Return an Item to Loeb Electric

Using Fedex/UPS or LTL Carriers

  • Call our customer care specialists at 1-844-459-3711, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST or email us at OnlineSupport@loebelectric.com within 60 days of the invoice date to receive a Return Authorization email. If the return is a result of our error, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. If not, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Ship the items back to us within seven (7) days of receiving your Return Authorization email. Please remember that returned items must be in their original condition for you to receive a refund. This means the warranty card must be blank, all parts and instructions are present, the item is unused, and the item has all the original packaging. Please include any documents to provide proof of purchase including the original invoice, packing slip, order confirmation email, and/or the Return Authorization email.

Your refund will be processed within 3-4 days after the item has been received at our facility. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment.

  • If you have a Loeb Electric sales representative, contact them in order to receive a Return Authorization email, schedule a return pick-up and special instructions for return
